This page is a growing collection of FREE resources, virtual field trips, movies, podcasts and anything related to our Spanish Language classes. These are not assignments, but rather a collection of Hispanic language and culture links you and your family can explore at home.

Listen to a classic children's story in Spanish with your children at home. You can use tablet to watch a video and read along with the narrator in English and Spanish text.
Take a tour of La Casa Azul, the house where Mexican artist Frida Kahlo spent most of her life on Google Arts and Culture.
Binge Watch: Buena Gente on Spanish Playground
Start Season 1 and watch all 6 episodes of Buena Gente to find out what happens in the end. The actors in these videos speak more slowly and is more focused on general comprehension.
Get your household on Duolingo! and (after showing them how it works) add your family members as friends and see who scores the highest!
Watch the video and create your own choreography! If you want an extra challenge, translate the subtitles so that your moves match what the song is saying.

This videoseries has English in it and the actors speak Spanish in a normal pace. The videos are more focused on language.
Turn the subtitles off and then turn them on when you think you know the words in English to see if you got it right (doesn't always have to be exact).
Download a program that. takes you through a simulation of what The Plaza de la Constitución in Mexico City looks like in 1910. It is a major square in the city. Compare it to what the city looks like today using Google Earth today
